Christmas Holiday Pay Rates for NSW Health/ACT Health/Public Sector Employees:

24th December 2023 (Sunday) - Christmas Eve

Normal Sunday Penalty rates - NSW & ACT

25th December 2023 (Monday) - Christmas Day

Working - 200% - NSW & ACT
Normally rostered, then paid 100% ordinary wage

26th December 2023 (Tuesday) - Boxing Day

Working - 200% - NSW & ACT
Normally rostered, then paid 100% ordinary wage

31st December 2023 (Sunday) - New Years Eve

Normal Sunday Penalty rates - NSW & ACT

1st January 2024 (Monday) - New Years Day

Working - 200% - NSW & ACT
Normally rostered, then paid 100% ordinary wage
