Additional Notes
- Employees who receive 4 or 5 weeks of annual leave receive 150% penalty in lieu of other shift penalties.
Those entitled to 6 or 7 weeks of annual leave receive 50% penalty in addition to any applicable shift penalties.
- Casual employees receive 150% penalty on top of their casual rate, which already includes a 25% loading. No additional shift penalties apply.
- Regular part-time employees working a rostered extra shift on a public holiday are entitled to an extra 25% loading on top of the public holiday rate.
